You forgot to mention that the fish’s level also affects loot quality. If I remember correctly there was an ice cabe where fishing was op because you could get like lvl 300 sabertooth salmon.

I got an ASA mod someone recommended it as he "loved kicken back fishing." After spending nearly 15 minutes fishing a pool that had about a dozen fish. I reeled in 3 maybe 4 and got nothing but raw fish meat.

DUDE, Ark mobile fishing is the go-to way to get GIGA SADDLES, YEAH GIGA SADDLES, and all you need is a 3.2-3.5 size salmon and amber
