If it's the size of a DVD it won't fit on your phone. It would work with game consoles/computers though. I don't know about you but I don't trust the cloud with my private data and I much prefer having physical media for my games.

Now for computer manufacturers to put these disks in them with a easy-open access panel in case you need to change it out.

I wonder if it will ever become a standard that the public can buy? What is the cost of the writable drive? The discs? I would love this to make backup discs of my media, although I don't need a petabyte.
