Sorry but it’s not disruptive to anything gaming lol.
I have all these consoles including Nintendo and PC besides PS5 and I have 200+ pirates games even those in GamePass and 300+ emulated ROMs.
I have GamePass and literally use it for PC to DL games I’m too lazy to download for hours compared to direct MS speeds. Once the game is on pirate site or I’m tired of constantly having to be online just to play a GamePass game, I’ll pirate it for the PC.
Haven’t never dropped a dime since I got my Xbox Series S because I gameshare with my buddy even his GamePass but had to buy my own because PC won’t let you login to 2 Xbox accounts.
How could Xbox really haul ass and disrupt the game industry?
By releasing OLD games in a stable launch state and not limit games by device. Imagine releasing all the previous COD titles on GamePass along battlefield titles and every other genre in between WITHOUT the need to pirate, mod, fumble settings or better yet remake and spend more money again?
That’s how they would destroy Sony and Nintendo quickly. Even selling said games at 15% total of the original price with a GamePass subscription would truly be disruptive!
