Crocodile is easily top 2 best villains in one piece
Thinking hes poorly written as a villain because he is less complex is braindead
He helms an amazing saga and manages to be perfectly threatening, in my opinion hes more threatening than kaido because when he defeats luffy his plan to destroy alabasta progresses more and more
