Texture using Milk paint is incredibly easy. It all depends on how much powder you have added to the water. Here we show a small amount of powder added to water to make a simple “WASH”. Next adding a 1 part powder to 1 part water ratio gives you a “REGULAR “ mixture, which is most common when using this authentic milk paint product. Now, adding slightly more powder to the water for a 2:1 ratio gives you some “LIGHT TEXTURE “ and if you use the hairdryer you will get instant crackles. The very last is shows 3:1 to achieve “ HEAVY TEXTURE “, 😀 you can also get some deep cracks happening here as well, especially when using the hairdryer. You can manipulate this as it is drying to suit your needs. Take it up a notch by adding even more powder and you will end up with a perfect embossing paste (shown on some of our other reels) Excellent for those old world finishes. It dries and cures in about 20 minutes.

Impossible to sand i have my table top stripped sanded and ready to go I have spent a week trying to remove the milk paint 100 penetration beware if you tire of it you are stuck 😊
