Sometimes I'll squeeze lemon juice on fresh cooked vegetables instead of salting them. Also love it on fish!
There are other things you can do to enhance the flavor of your food!

It's amazing household has such a huge impact on the cardiovascular system. Perhaps you guys can do a video on why that is. Is it because salt causes the body to retain water and the retention of water puts pressure on the blood vessels that makes it more difficult for the heart to pump blood through the blood vessels?

You're videos are fantastic. Please keep posting. I enjoy each and every one especially the 1 with salt. I don't use any salt or a substitute. I used to be a salt to holic.
That's the first thing I would grab when dinner was done. Was the salt today? I used none not even. A substitute thank you. I hope more people stop using salt.

I have a history of hereditary high blood pressure. I have pretty well given up sodium except existing sodium in foods. I also have low sodium in blood work. I have been informed my vertigo symptoms are actually warning signs of potentially dangerous symptoms of low sodium and need to head to the emergency of hospital when vertigo symptoms happen. I’ve had this happen once. I cannot get answers when I ask if I’ve caused this problem by not consuming extra sodium in my diet. Do either of you have an opinion on this?
