A way i got through my adhd blocks when depressed was to get bigger laundry baskets and have a couple set days where the only chore is washing in the morning.

If you want a perfect home don't have kids or pets. Everyone has good days and less than perfect days. It's part of life. Just try to remember how good it feels to wake up to a clean kitchen. Where all you have to do is drink coffee and chill. 💖💖

Most of the time, that’s not a struggle that’s being lazy.
I don’t fill my kitchen to the brim with everything in my house but that’s just me.
Wash your dishes when you’re done with them. Do your laundry. Clean up after yourself.
You should’ve been taught this as a kid, but I guess not everyone gets that privilege.
Don’t normalize being a slob.
