Need a job , but sir it is real truth that the companies don't hire freshers candidate, they want experience candidate in every field. If they don't give a chance to freshers to join in industries then how the freshers gain experience?
Our Degree Institute don't provide that skills by which a freshers candidate can join in the biotec sector/ other companies.
Respected Shekhar sir please do something for the freshers candidates who complete the Masters in Zoology.

Job should be best option as seeking phd in india is very time consuming and even after that most of the people go for job...
So what's the point of wasting ur 5yrs and again come at the same starting line.
But also getting jobs is a tough task as companies dont hire freshers they want well polished candidates with lots of experience and our education system dont provide us apprenticeship so unfortunately we dont have much time for phd and no working experience for getting job. π
