I don't understand why the dps passive buff couldn't have just waited for midseason, people say it's because of mauga and roadhog, but they could have just given them small healing nerfs instead.

This Orisa nerf has to be an over correction. I don't get it. This doesn't seem to be in the interest of balance, where Orissa would be payable but not S tier. That's before even bringing in the food dps buff.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I'd imagine Orissa loses all pro visibility and disappears from much of comp.
Seemd like doing half the nerfs would have been better. Then they could guage it and see how things changed without the change being so drastic.

Wasn’t the purpose of fortify so you can negate negative effects like slow, anti grenade, stunned etc? I know hack is a golden goose in that list so it makes no sense for her to be slower when she fortifies. The duration nerf was fine, not needed but is perfectly okay because I understand why it was needed.
