Ingredients
1.Dates - 15 num
2.Peanut butter- 2 tbs
3.Almonds & cashews ( or your favourite nuts ) - 15
4.Dark chocolate - 4 squares
Method
1.Take a date and carefully cut it open to remove the seed.
2.Stuff it with a filling of your choice,(peanut butter), & whole almond or cashew.
3.Insert a toothpick through the stuffed date to make dipping easier.
4.Dip the date into melted chocolate until fully covered.
5.place/ it on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for a few minutes until the chocolate hardens.
6.Cut the chocolate into half &serve
