I actually love doing this one. 1200 rank not so high. Obviously not always dude pushes knight but very often players think “oh I’ll ruin his position one he captures back with pawn to not lose queen” then end up being checkmated.
I’ve had someone put “🤣” when they thought i blundered then it felt extra satisfying. I’ve written down a few if these gambits so i can repeat them and adapt their ideas into mid game sometimes.
Really enjoy implementing traxler counter attack now as well which i learnt about few days ago.
People said not to study opening theory till later but i feel like it feels more focused on a game plan when I’m actually trying to set up certain positions on purpose rather than seeing where it goes as i play along
