👉Common causes :

- Fat accumulation ( lipomas )
- Cysts
- Enlarged lymphnodes
- Infections & inflammations like hidradenitis suppurativa
- Accessory breast tissue

⚠️Note : Breast cancer can also spread to nearby lymph nodes like axillary nodes & cause these bulges. It is very important to do self breast examination for lumps at periodic intervals and also consult your doctor for appropriate diagnosis

👩‍⚕️Treatment :

- It depends on the cause as mentioned in the video.
- Infections MUST be treated without fail for health reasons.
- Lipomas and accessory breasts are treated mainly for aesthetic purposes. If they are very big it can lead to obstruction in movements as well which will mandate its removal.
- Lipomas can be treated with liposuction or surgical removal while accessory breast tissue is surgically removed and excess skin is also removed leaving behind a thing scar which is concealed within the skin folds.
