I like how in lords, they show them pulling the arrow out and ready it in real time, the pulled and draw back sound of the arrow, while in elden ring the arrow is automatically ready to be fired

Elden ring graphics look bad compared to games that came out this year but it has set a benchmark for gameplay that the games have copied and they improved it with great graphics.

Imagine what it’ll feel like not to hit an enemy in the unprotected leg but only do 10% of the damage cuz his shield is in the guard position… covering his chest.

The sound design and animation in Elden Ring is leagues better but one of my biggest dislikes about Souls and Elden Ring is that bows are almost never really viable to use as a main weapon.
Wonder if LOTF will have the same problem.

Souls and ers bows have always been really underwhelming in terms of usability and damage for the most part lords of the fallen bow combat looks dope

Both are good but LotF put a helluva lot more love into the animation than elden ring.

Lotf all the way, I love elden ring for sure but the bows in all from soft games suck for damage output, only good for status buildup. Where as lotf it’s amazing damage, good status build up, better animations, and really good take on ammunition system. I think Elden Ring may be a better game for sure but there is no doubt that lotf took this win here
