You need more of the aurora type of chrome!! You used the metallic type that looks best on a black base like some others already mentioned 😊 the aurora chrome powders are more sheer looking and give the tint look. You could still get a lavender colored metallic chrome and it would look amazing, you just have to swatch it and test it out first bc with most chrome powders it’s kinda hard to tell what it’ll actually look like just from the po

I read somewhere that when you use a water-based topcoat it keeps the chrome looking like chrome? (If that makes sense) Basically, it doesn't end up looking sparkly, and a comment down below explained that there are two types of chrome powders which is true ( there might be more I think?) , there are mirror chromes (they end up covering the base colour, so it doesn't come through and they look like mirrors) and there are the "aurora" chrome powders and sheer chrome powders ( which actually show the base colour more ) ❤

You need a white chrome powder! It is more sheer so the lavender will show through more :)
