When I was in my early 20s (not pregnant) my feet literally grew overnight. I went to bed wearing a 7.5 and woke up a size 8. NONE of my shoes fit me and I was in disbelief!

It’s the relaxin that’s released shorting pregnancy that loosens the ligaments and joints everywhere. But our feet don’t got back to size perfectly. My feet are wider after my third baby

I think this happens when you gain weight too 😢😢 I’ve gained like 40 lbs and none of my shoes fit. I’m hoping if IFFFF I drop the weight my feet will go back to normal
