For anyone that doesn't know dr.bright doesn't exist anymore. To sum up the person who originally made Doctor bright was acting like a massive creep and a few other things was removed from SCP.

To be precise, the "mulch" (SCP-1609) is triggered by the sound of machinery and anything referencing the Global Occult Coalition (the GOC, one of the Foundation's biggest "rivals") due to the GOC trying to destroy its original form (a chair) by tossing it into a wood chipper!!!
