Recipe:
7 eggs
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup oil
Tablespoon of salt
White and black pepper to taste
8 peeled potatoes

Mix everything EXCEPT THE POTATOES together. Set the egg mixture aside.
Finely grind 8 peeled potatoes in the food processor.
Mix the ground potatoes with the egg mixture.

Bake in a 9x13 pan in two stages:
at 450 for 30 minutes, then at 400 for 1 hour & 30 minutes.
