雇主不同意請假如不依班表上班仍要休假且應上班日故意不上班用曠職論記，前提是雇主要留下告知的證據，Line對話紀錄也可以，請假可以看請假條例。
基本上雇主不能管勞工要怎麼休假的有：一例一休、國定假日、特休假，其他的雇主有權利拒絕及不給批假單，如果公司是符合勞基法的勞工，基本上假是多到放不完根本不用請假好嗎⋯⋯

公司搬到大陆来，劳动合同都不用签，工资也可以不发
