Thank you for your post!! I grew up eating chops, cabbage n gravy. Yum!! I'm in the process of teaching my 2 grandsons ages 9 & 14. Teaching gardening and harvesting. Never to young to learn cooking wholesome HEALTHY foods! β₯οΈπ

Working on my families farm we ate 4 meals a day, Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner and Supper. Everything we ate was grown and harvested, Raised and butchered on our farm. There is nothing better on Earth to stuff in your cake hole than home cooked food.
