I carry a pack of vegan jerky, a pack of almonds (low sodium curry flavor is one of my faves), and may toss in a Kind bar. You gotta be prepared 😅

the adding the collagen pack to bobo is a great idea! I don't go a lot of places these days but I used to keep almonds in my car when I inevitably had to sit through traffic

This is a very informative video, and everything that you listed does not need to be stored at a specific temperature and has a reasonably long shelf-life so they are great to keep in your car during the winter in case your car breaks down or gets stuck in heavy weather!

That capsule for probiotics is a good idea, I hadn’t thought of that..
I buy a lot of protein bars cheaply from Amazon and keep one in my bag. The problem is they are quite tasty and I end up eating a lot when they are at home sitting on my shelf.
