It is the third exit. If the video had started a couple of seconds earlier, we would have seen the sign, which shows 5 exits:
1) A thin stub for the car wash
2) A thick arrow for the continuation of the dual carriageway
3) A thick stub for the road they took
4) A thin stub for another minor road
5) A thick arrow for going back the way they came on the dual carriageway
It helps to note the different symbols on the sign so you can make sure you are counting correctly. Don't just think "3rd exit". Think "exit after the continuation of the dual carriageway" (if you are on a major road, the thick arrow is always the continuation of that road).

You have to exit a roundabout, no matter where you are going...
Exit the roundabout to enter a place of business or car park.
Exit the roundabout to continue on the same road.
Exit the roundabout to enter a new road.
Think about the design of a roundabout... then picture it has been straightened out, what you really have when you arrive at the GIVE WAY sign or white lines is infact a T-Junction to a one way street. You GIVE WAY to vehicles coming from your right. And you can have two to five exits etc on the one way road, all exits within 50 feet on your left.
