An hour before Iftar is the worst your glycogen is really low and your body is dehydrated. I would say an hour after suhr as your glycogen storage, hydration level and electrolytes levels are still high and the protein from your suhr will aid in repairing the muscle from a light workout or an hour after Iftar if your schedule allows it.
