I’d personally would love to run the red white god of victory as the commander. He prevents all combat damage you not afraid of swinging in and then you can just depend on whatever artifact you get to write the card advantage. As a bonus, you get to have a God command all of your Templar knights.

Herald of hoofbeats was already spiking recently from Omo IIRC, but if Templar knights takes off, herald might spike even harder. 2nd spikes can be huge too as supply is usually lower

I really wish the "sword of _ and _" cycle was legendary, cause a Templar knights deck based around legendary swords would be so cool

I still think they should have had Monk of the Open Hand be an "a deck can have any number of these" card because of Grand Master of Flowers. But this is a much better card anyway.
Besides the obvious ones Thrumming Stone, Throne of the God Pharaoh seems like it could be a fun include because you have to tap the creatures to use the ability.
