1) as there are many authorised editions published over the centuries, which one (or all of them) is preferred?
2) There have been 2 Authorised Versions, the first one published in 1611, and the second published in 1894. The phrase “King James Version” is a nickname.
3) If the KJV is the only acceptable Bible for these people, then what was Christianity before 1611; how did it survive?
4) If the KJV is the only acceptable one to the KJVO movement, then they also subscribe, by inference, to the culture & worldview that produced it. As this culture & worldview is indelibly tied to The Great Chain of Being we would expect a familiarity from the KJVOs with it.
