Misture a farinha de trigo, o açĂșcar, o fermento biolĂłgico seco e a ĂĄgua morna, acrescente o sal e azeite e misture atĂ© formar uma massa mole. Deixe descansar por uma hora. Coloque a massa na assadeira e deixe descansar por mais 30 minutos. Faça furinhos com as pontas dos dedos e acrescente as especiarias de sua preferĂȘncia. Coloque pra assar por 20 minutos a 180 graus, depois vire para baixo e asse mais 20 minutos a 180 graus.
