I’ve had a couple of requests for recommendations from when I went to Montréal last fall, so here they are! Honestly, I wish I had stayed even longer because there were several gluten-free spots that I didn’t have time to check out.

Went to Montreal and had a fabulous time!! Found 3 gluten free bakeries in the city and they were fabulous! Thanks for the heads up on the Gluten Free App. Found places to eat (from your list and other places) and all the places were very accommodating with the gluten free restrictions! Big Thanks!!!

Now I ask restaurants that aren’t listed in the Find Me GF app, for an allergy menu. Since wheat is listed in the Top 9 allergies here in the states, they will have wheat listed in the allergy menu. And you can scroll down through the list and see what their menu contains and make your selection from it.

Honestly getting a drink and salad and just planning on getting sushi afterwards sounds like such an underrated Celiac strategy. I usually just avoid unsafe restaurants altogether
