This happened at a roundabout. The motorcycle is inside the roundabout. The car is attempting to enter the roundabout. Vehicles entering the roundabout MUST yield/give way to vehicles already in the roundabout, and only enter when it is clear and safe to do so. The rider and bike are OK, no major injury or damage. The fault is entirely on the car driver in this situation.
