How to make easy no-bake new year coffee cake ? (New Year Dessert)

Ingredients:
●2.5-3 packs of biscuits

●For the pastry cream:
400ml cream
200 g cream cheese
1 packet (75 g) powdered whiping cream
1/4 cup powdered sugar

●For the milk coffee mixture:
1 cup of milk (240 ml)
1 shot of espresso or 1 full tablespoon of granulated coffee dissolved in hot water

●For the ganache:
100 g dark chocolate
100 g milk chocolate
200 ml cream

Let's start by making the ganache. Heat the cream, pour it over the chopped chocolates and stir. After the chocolates are completely melted, let's move on to the cream, but let's not forget to stir the ganache occasionally.
Beat the cream cheese, cream, whipped cream and powdered sugar at high speed of the mixer. If you have mixed your cold milk and coffee, start to combine. Soak the biscuits in the coffee and take them out immediately. After 4-5 layers, cover the top of the dessert with ganache and preferably consume it the next day.
