Hard to understand why she would get pregnant after having one child taken away and living on the streets without a plan. Very irresponsible and then expects others to feel sorry for her and rescue her. A sure fire way to be broke the rest of your life is having a baby out of wedlock and being a teenager. Dropping out of high school and not going back to get your GED and then not going to college for a marketable degree and having a second child out of wedlock.

Worked with many youngsters who had been in foster care.. The JobCorp is the best answer for these folks. they can get hs diploma and train for good govt jobs like heavy equipment, fire crews, welding, etc...
