That in the Northern Hemisphere, objects like trees will have moss predominantly growing on their north side because it's believed the sun never hits that side. However, this is a misconception. While moss thrives in shaded and moist areas, it can grow on any side of a tree where conditions are suitable. Therefore, while moss may sometimes be more prevalent on the north side, it's not exclusive to that direction and isn't a reliable indicator of direction.

North of the Tropic of Cancer, not just Northern Hemisphere. Between the equator and the Tropic of Cancer we do get the sun tilted north part of the year.

So therefore there is not 360° sun in the southern winter. Moss only grows away from the sun.

That's not true. Inside the Arctic circle in summer, you can face the sun while facing north

Weird to think that the South Pole being the "top" is just as valid and in an alternate universe all the globes and maps and even our concept of the orientation of the entire galaxy might be upsidedown.

If you at the northern hemisphere and looking at the sun ur will be facing north lol. The northern hemisphere is the south magnetic pole, and the southern hemisphere is the north magnetic pole. We are upside down lol. That's why a compass points north because it's the south. Lol
