He’s pretty spot on. Some really care but good luck finding those ones. Sleep, hydrate, eat well, exercise (even if it’s just walking outside) and you’re way ahead of the game on your general health.

Dana is the man, a beast and an inspiration but he was brain washed a little by brecka. Brecka is a smart guy as well and (although he’s not a doctor) he was able to fix Dana’s health relatively fast when doctors couldn’t, so he has this mindset now. Most doctors resort to pills pills pills because patients will die if they don’t. A lot of people, for example, need to lose 100lbs and stop smoking to address the root cause and not let their blood pressure kill them but they are simply not disciplined enough to make these adjustments, and will die without medication. Dana, being a self
motivated billionaire, was able to make these drastic disciplinary changes in his life that many people wouldn’t, thus putting him in a category of a select few. Medical schools are striving to kill the pills and address root causes, but many individuals at the end of the day can’t address them themselves.
