Pre-Milling Station, (2) 3 HP (2.2 KW) - 12,000 RPM Vertical milling/jointing heads, electro-pneumatic jump control, heads counter-rotate, SIKO digital units for vertical & horizontal adjustments.
Quickmelt gluing system with large granulate hopper with automatic glue feed system (approx. 12 Min heatup time); pre-melting unit between hopper and reversible & retractable glue roller; infrared radiant glue heat zone between glue roller and pressure section for optimum gluing strength.
Automatic magazine for strip and coil feeding with automatic coil feeding system; 2-coil table for one roll thick PVC and one for thin edgings; wide magazine with automatic feeding of wood strips; program controlled.
Motorized pressure section with (1) large driven pressure roll and (4) secondary idle rollers with pneumatically controlled side pressure; solid wood infeed device.

Workstations Edgebanding:
End Trimming (1 HP / 0.75 kW) - 12,000 RPM motor, program controlled pneumatic indexing of straight or chamfer trimming, chamfers up to 15°.
Top & bottom rough (flush) trimming (2 HP / 1.5 kW) - 12,000 RPM motor ea. w/vertical tracing.
Top & bottom fine trim (0.75 HP /0.55 Kw) - 12,000 RPM motor ea., bevel 0° - 25° tilt angle, w/vertical & horizontal tracing, servo driven in/out adjustment controlled from control panel.
Corner rounding unit with (2) motors ( 0.50 HP / 0.4 Kw) - 12,000 RPM motors ea, 16 MPM (52 FPM) operating feed speed, pneumatic (in/out position) control from control panel (all trim station motors are 200 Cy HF and equipped w/electronic brakes).
Top & bottom scraper for finishing PVC edging.
Hot air blower (post heating) for reactivating scraped, thick PVC edgebanding.
Top & bottom "oscillating & jump" buffing unit (0.3 HP - 2,800 RPM motors), tilt vertically & horizontally.
