I don’t blame you. California maybe beautiful in terms of landscapes, but it’s poorly run, crime runs rampant, the streets are filthy and have lots of potholes. I used to live there and I’m glad I moved out of California. All of those things make New York City seem a lot better in comparison.

As a Californian, I thank you for praising our State's natural beauty, I still remember visiting the sequoias Nat Park as a kid and just being in awe. It's just such a shame we have to deal with such an incompetent government just to enjoy it. Here's hoping this election cycle helps people realize that things just aren't working here.

As a Utahan who's been priced out of homes in his own state by Californians fleeing the mess they refuse to fix, the same who are voting to turn us into California 2.0, I agree. They're only HALF the problem though; IN-STATE collaborators who sell out their neighbors and culture for profit make it all possible.
I think you should be in a state for at least SIX generations WITHOUT INCIDENT before the SEVENTH generation of your family can vote.
Also, STATE residents should be valued OVER outsiders. We used to pride ourselves on our families (Mormons), now we can't afford to have any.

California should be split into multiple states in order to manage it more effectively. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the most populated state and one of the largest states is also the most poorly run.
