Just picked up a brand new Model-Y with a broken rear camera. SW Reboot, power reset, remote diagnostics were of no help. Had to schedule a mobile service to replace the camera. I recommend for you to reach out to Tesla immediately so that you can get this fixed. All of the driving safety features will not activate without the camera calibrations completing.

Got it right after holiday update. Fixed it with car hard restart. Shutting car off from setting and not touching it for 2+ minutes (i heard pop after 2 minutes)

What @Brandonee916 said. Reset DAS in service mode. This normally fixes issues like that. Was it just after a software update?

Yes. I had IT too. After a caméra recalibration ans somme kilomètres, my cameras came back

Would check in service menu is camera is green or red but usualy crazy errors are fixed automatically the next day 🤣✌

It's DAS error. I fixed at resetDAS on service mode.

It’s an issue with the 2023.x.x.6 software, I believe .7 fixes it.

Had this problem a few times with our model Y, but it was fixed the next time i tried to acitvate the camera.

Just had this issue… went into Service Mode > Reset DAS. This brought the camera back, rebooting the car multiple times didn’t fix it
