These ship from the factory in a wooden Box! Stacked in and looking like Cartons of cigarettes! SO Efficient! When I was in Vietnam, we used to offload them from the cargo ship and they would pop open the top and disassemble the crate and it’s all like a model toy car. The tires and the wheels are inside so the first thing they do is to install the tires and wheels. Takes 2 1/2 minutes each then they pull open the latch and the grill comes up and locks into place. And then they pull on the windshield and it goes backwards and locks into place with the frame. The seats are already in place except for the top and they are laying on the floor so you put the tops of the seats in and bolt it down. Altogether, it takes 12 minutes to assemble, oil up the engine pour in 5 gallons of fuel, installed a battery which is sitting in the back, and then you put battery acid, and all of a sudden the battery is alive. You must prime the carburetor with a squirt can. Get in and start it up and take it down to the end of the ramp. Absolute simplicity I hope they would have it here on YouTube. You can take an entire ship of Jeeps and have them assembled and on the road and one day. they are assigned to a specific unit and the decal for that unit is stenciled on the front bumper so if the jeep is going to Alpha Company of 326 infantry, 101st Airborne, the stencil would read : CO A 326 101
