One of the biggest challenges we had to deal with at the World Expo was the massive amounts of people and the lines. Lines on lines, similar to Disney! We’re not exaggerating, especially because some lines can be multiple hours long to get into one country pavilion! 😫

Don’t let the lines deter you though, especially not when you bring the most trusty object known to mankind - our trusty foldable chair. This literally saved our lives and legs when we had to wait multiple hours. It only weighs a few pounds, and is easy to pack away when we’re not using it 🪑

We didn’t want to carry two chairs, so Kevin and I took turns using it so one person could rest their feet while the other person stood. We were spending 12 hour days at Expo so without it, our feet would have been going numb halfway through from all the standing and walking 🧍‍♂️🚶‍♀️

In fact, we saw many people with all kinds of chairs, from telescope looking ones where you lean back on one rod but still have to balance with your two legs, and small camp stools meant for kids that adults were actually using too.

If you don’t want to carry a chair, you can also carry a towel to sit on while waiting in line, but a chair is more comfortable and easier to pick up and reposition as the line moves.
