Mango Shake with Ice Cream

Mango Shake Ingredients:

Pakke hue aam (mango) – 3 medium size (ya approx 2 cups mango pulp)
Doodh – 2.5 cups (thanda)
Vanilla ice cream – 3 big scoops (plus 3 aur scoops for topping)
Cheeni – 2 to 3 tbsp (ya taste ke hisaab se)
Ice cubes – 5-6 (optional)
Kesar ya elaichi powder – 1 pinch

Thick Mango shake Recipe:

1. Mango Prep: Aam ko achhi tarah peel karo, seed hatao, aur pulp nikaal lo.

2. Blending: Blender mein mango pulp, thanda doodh, cheeni, ice cubes aur 3 scoops vanilla ice cream daal do.

3. Blend it well: Sab kuch 1-2 minute tak blend karo jab tak shake creamy aur smooth na ho jaye.

4. Taste check: Zarurat ho toh aur thoda cheeni ya ice daal ke phir se blend kar lo.

5. Serve karo: Shake ko tall glasses mein daalo, upar se ek scoop vanilla ice cream rakho aur chaaho toh thoda sa chopped dry fruits ya mango chunks daal do garnish ke liye.

Tips:

Agar shake aur thick chahiye, doodh thoda kam karo.
Mangoes meetha ho toh cheeni kam daalo ya skip bhi kar sakte ho.
Vanilla ki jagah mango ice cream bhi use kar sakte ho extra mango punch ke liye!
