I get that she might be acting sensitive but you also have to realize the over sexualization of women and specifically her in Hollywood. She probably just wants something more serious. I mean all charmed turned into was what skimpy outfit can we put the girls in this episode and lost the plot literally. Plus the harassment sheās received over the years.

If you are casting for a politician you are probably want someone who looks good in a conservative suit whether man or woman. If you are casting for a criminal you might want someone who looks tough, wears a hoodie, etc. if casting for a life guard you are going to want someone who is fit and looks good in a swimsuit, again, regardless of gender. If you are casting for a street prostitute you might want to cast for someone with teased hair, double D or higher, tight fitting clothes and fishnets.
Casting frequently goes with stereotypes and part of that is to save time. You want people to quickly be able to quickly figure out a character without dedicating dialogue establishing that character so that you have more time to dedicate to the storyline.

The problem I have is that no one wants to discuss the clique- ism of Hollywood and in the business world in general. Because People tried to support women like Rose McGowan we got the MeToo movement, but it did little to address issues in the work place and polarized genders and ethnicity to were white heterosexual men are always viewed as the enemy. But the offenses and crimes are color and gender blind. All work places are infiltrated by nepotism and unfortunately while someone may have degrees, certificates and high educational aptitude that doesn't make them smart enough to avoid toxic workplace behavior. We can start with poor jokes to social exclusiveness, but then down the slippery slope, we have tge sexual predators and discriminatory abuses. It's why we have policies at the workplace and laws in the general public. There's no need for clothing specifications in auditions unless there is a wardrobe trial, and in that instance, it is probably best to explain what body type you are looking for. I can't ask the young girl at the register to dress a certain way for me. But I hate that it's not blatantly put out that this is a Hollywood issue. Hollywood has gone from acting to blatant advertising and pandering. The talent most people have as movie stars isn't in their acting. I mean, think about it. Imagine filming a man posing as superman in flight with a fan on him and his cape flopping all over. Wouldn't you laugh? But put in a well-built and attractive male model now what do you think? Or how about a female coworker at the office doing flag twirling and cheer movements from her days in high school. Awkward and funny, but have a barely dressed adult model and what do you think? It needs to be brought up to those aspiring actors and actresses. We the audience should be made aware that those subscription prices, dvds, ticket prices could be spent on other things when we can simply Google search that stuff online. Why waste my life on my phone for someone else's interpretation of a Gal Gadot fantasy when I can look up her pictures and imagine my own or repose my face on any other guy's body and add my own uniform or armor to make myself the hero. Yes sexual abuse and attacks are extremely heinous crimes, but its happening because we allow it to. Stop supporting these perverts. Don't buy their merchandise.

Itās always the C or D or all the way to Z level actors and actresses that claim they are blackballed in some way yet several high level A actresses have no nudity or overtly sexual clauses in their contract and still do just fine because they are better actors.
Rose, Rob Schneider, Scott Baio, Kevin Sarbo to name a few
