A huge factor people don't think about when putting GER vs SW:GB is, yes the bubble would hit him, but would anything happen after that? Now even if it did, Tooru tanked 3 go beyond bubbles and yet Gappy wasnt even the one to kill him. GER has immeasurable durability and could simply heal from Go Beyond.
Another factor to consider is SW:GB can't beat as many stands as GER, it would most likely lose to SP/TW, TA4, is interesting however I will give it to tusk, SCR could beat it, MIH could beat it for self explanatory reasons whereas GER could beat all of those stands.
