A similar incident occurred with Albin Ouschan—an almost identical shot, but this time the referee called a foul. Ouschan and the audience were in disbelief, but the replay confirmed it was indeed a foul. Excellent call by the referee.

Maybe Biado didn't see or didn't realize that the cue ball touched ball 7 very smoothly and lightly... but that is the referee's job to determine... or if the referee is in doubt, he should ask for the video recording to be replayed...

Someone on Facebook slowed this down very slow and zoomed in, and to the naked eye it looks like a fowl but indeed with my own eyes on that evidence it was a legal shot and kissed the 7 after contact. Trust.
