When T3 and T4 are low but TSH is high it indicates Subclinical Hypothyroidism and requires treatment with Thyroxine Supplement.

Sir my t3 is 214 ng/dl and my tsh is 4. 57mlU/L and my t4 is 9.86ug/dl my symptoms are very much similar to thyroid patient.. Do i need thyroid medicine please help..

TSH has no role in conversion of T4 to T3 - its is the deiodinase system D1, D2 D3.
