Pretty sure the gun is tuned for that specific suppressor he is just showing you the different decibel levels. Not asking why it won't cycle he obviously knows.

Doesnt take a smart person to figure out that the suppressor adds a little more back pressure allowing it to fully cycle

If its a brand new build then check gas port alignment. If the alignment is good then check gas port size. It may be a little undergassed.
A POTENTIAL band aid fix is dropping buffer weight or spring.
If you reload you can add a little powder to increase the amount of gas produced.
Several ways to remedy this but an adjustable gas block isn't one.

Pistol length gas tube and a heavy buffer on my 300blk AR never have any issues running super nor sub unsurpressed. You either got a bad gas block or some unusually light loads.

You need a adjustable gas block for subs if NOT using a suppressor. This will allow more gas to push the bolt back and cycle.

🤔You need to get an adjustable gas block, or adjust the adjustable gas block if you have one on.
The suppressor usually pushes a lot more pressure to the bolt Carrier group, so you need to open your adjustable gas block a little or get one to adjust the air flow

Mans was playing airsoft with real bullets for the first one. Had to cock it back 10 times to empty a mag.

Your having gas issues. Either your rounds do not have enough powder to recycle the bolt. Or you do not have enough gas returning to the bolt. That would be my guess.

I am working on a couple of Form 1 cans. One being a dedicated 300blk sub can. I am building off a design by Silencer Student. If you change up your blast chamber and tame that first round pop that would be an even better can
