I think when Hagrid took Madame Maxime and Harry in his invisibility cloak to tell him about dragons, on their way back (in the forbidden forest or somewhere, I do not remember sorry T_T) Igor came to know about dragons, and obviously told Viktor
So if Harry is ruled out and this never happened, maybe Viktor could have delt poorly with dragons😅

Krum might have seriously injured Hermione during the second task if Harry didn’t give him the rock to break the rope with. He was gnawing on that thing with his teeth in a way that looked very dangerous.

Even in this case, I think Cedric would win because Krum get insane in the maze, and in their confront Cedric overpowered him, so probably Cedric would get rid of Krum and run to win. Now it's to think if without the argue with Harry he could run fast enough to get there without the vines get him

I completely agree. The crux is that Cedric wouldn’t have known about the dragons…
Maybe Krum would also not be afraid or morally good to shy away from using unforgivable curses or darker curses in the maze to secure a victory- afterall he did get a Durmstrang education…. Food for thought

If you are taking the cheating away from Barty Jr. we should be taking Karkarovs cheating away too, which he did a lot of. I think in a fair fight, if you were to run a simulation 100 times, Cedric comes out slightly on top

Harry knew Cedric from 3rd year itself... and he met him during the world cup..
So I think Hagrid still wouldve ended up telling Harry about the dragons (the loveable dummy cant keep a secret), and then harry wouldve told Cedric

Krum was also cursed by Barty crouch jr. if that hadn’t happened he might have beaten diggory.

Thing is: Without Crouch Jr, Harry wouldn't even participate... which means GOF would have gotten entirely different plot, because without Harry in the Tournament, no Voldemort return either.

Without crouch’s interference, neither Cedric nor Krum would have known about the dragons, because the only reason karkaroff knew was because he followed Hagrid and madame maxime, so they would have been even. Cedric would have gotten the most points from the second task, leaving him with the advantage in the third task.
