While you're starting to see broccoli on the counters, let's make a nutritious, balanced and extremely delicious salad that will keep you full for long hours 😋🥦
🥦 BROCCOLI-NOODLE SALAD🥦
5 tablespoons of barley noodles
1 piece of broccoli
1 pinch of dill
3 slices of cheese (I made it with 1 slice of tulum cheese
2 slices of white cheese) - A handful of pistachios
2 tablespoons of tahini
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tea glass of water
juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt- black pepper #
🥦 Cook barley noodles in 2 glasses of water until the water is absorbed.
🥦 Cut the broccoli into small florets and boil them in 1 tea glass of water until the water evaporates.
🥦 Mix barley noodles, broccoli, cheese and dill in a bowl.
🥦 Mix tahini, lemon juice, water and garlic in a bowl. 🥦 Pour over the salad.
🥦 Add pistachios to the salad and mix. Bon appetit 😋
