It's not necessary to spend 4-5k for good iems. You can also go with budget iems and achive better deppends upon tuning.
My recommendation-
Under 1.5k - CCA CRA best V Shape
Under 2k - Tangzu Wan er sg, Truthear
Hola and 7hz Zero best
Harman and balanced.
Under 4k - Truthear crinical zero best
Sub bass and mid bass
And CCA PLA13 budget
Planar iem.
Under 7k - moondrop aria, dunu titan
X and truthear hexa
And there are many more according to budget and tuning taste❤
