I know he feels incredible shame and hurt and struggles with forgiving himself. I understand that my reaction to his betrayal was traumatizing to him but I honestly hate that he hurt me so deeply and profoundly in the ugliest manner conceivable. I have had to suck up a lot to keep this marriage going. What hurts the most is his deep reticence about getting this marriage blessed in the catholic church after he promised to do so in 2003. I don't give a crap about his reasons for refusing to do anything religious because it feels like he's reneged everything.

Deep feelings of anger about the feelings of betrayal, rejection, worthlessness and not being good enough. Feelings of extreme violence to both partner and AP. (Not acted on jail ain't no luxury hotel). Revulsion. although I have never met AP she has tormented me via ever social media platform known to man.
