Decades ago, people also ate lots of carbohydrates, lots of potatoes, oats, etc. the problem I see is the industrialization of our foods and the genetic modifications we've made to our wheat, corn, and other staples. Plus , all our beef and chicken are pumped with hormones to make them grow much larger than normal. The whole food industry needs to be looked at.

Am living proof of what he said. In 4 weeks, I've lost over 24 pounds on nothing but meat and good fats!! I do not have to take over half the meds I was taking,and I feel better than I ever have in ten years!!šŸŽ‰šŸŽ‰

Truth. Back in February I started a diet of meat and eggs only and am healthier than ever now in my 60's. My skin and digestive issues are gone. Achy muscles and joints gone. And 10.5" off my waist GONE. Couldn't be happier!

Yes- and go after the FDA for allowing/approving toxins in food/drinks. Fruits and veggies at the grocery store shouldnā€™t have a warning label for birth defects/cancer because theyā€™re being showered in chemicals.

Yes!!
At 58 yo, I have been eating about 70% animal fats and 30% protein (Carnivore way of eating) (for me under 5 carbs/day if any, from dairy only) for 1Ā½ years. No more excess weight, and I eat as much as I want/need.

My goal is, the only carbohydrates I eat are vegetables thatā€™s it.

I weighed 250-280lbs for most of my life. I started working on a change when I reached 300lbs. I have been consistently 185lbs for the last 2 years. I run 3-4 5km per week along with weight training and/or HIIT right after. Iā€™m at the gym a minimum of 4 times a week. I feel amazing and never want to go back. Iā€™m slim with muscles for the first time in my life at 37years old

I learned this:
Fruits and vegetables
Lean proteins
Healthy fats
Water
Plenty of sleep
Regular exercise
Good hygiene
And, stay away from bad habits like smoking, drinking, drugs, sex outside marriage, etc.

20 yrs ago I took nutrition class in college and I asked the professor why weā€™re still teaching the pyramid when we knew was wrong. We still had to be tested on the wrong thing and nutritionist who make hospital and school lunches are STILL required to follow it. Just crazy! Charlie is soo right when he says they hold our grades hostage in college. I went there to lose my religion and sense of self to be programmed
