Just to be clear, I'm not saying to take each set to failure but to leave at least 2 reps in reserve (especially important as you increase volume)

Not to be a hater, but eventually, you will not be able to recover from so much intensity and volume that you won't be able to bench 3 or more times a week. You have to gradually add more rest days, and trust me, you will see results

Its actually coincidental because i recently beat my schools deadlift pr and now there doing a charity bench competition so now i guess theres a new record to beat so its useful info for me😂

Ye I saw the same result when adding 100 weighted pushups dilay togheter with my 2 chest days.
I was stronger and not that fatigued as I imagined
