I feel so bad. This is me. Mostly I wake him up when I'm yelling curse words in my sleep. Words I don't use in my waking hours. πOr when my body jumps & it wakes me. After 3 times of this kind of jump wake up I just get up and walk around, for him and my sanity. It's not every night thank goodness. Now, if his snoring could take a night off that would be great. I think it would be better if we all slept in individual recovery pods, like in the movie Avatar. Pumped in clean air, maybe some hydrotherapy, or warmth like a tanning bed would be rejuvenating and not wake our partners
