If you could sing any role ever (even if it's not soprano) what role would you love to sing (and have you perfomed as that role already)? Also, are there any bizzare tips you use or have heard of to keeping your instrument in top shape (such as no dairy, barely speaking on non-performing days, etc)?

I know nothing about opera, other than having gone to a few (not many) in my lifetime. I imagine that a performance can be physically draining. What do you do to recover, both physically and mentally?
